This page will help to keep track of all the progress I have made, be it for weight, run times, or anything else. I will update it at the beginning of every month. My hope is that it will be a great tool for everyone as well as myself to use as motivation.

I thank God he made me a little bit taller than average so that my weight is spread out some. Most people act surprised that I wear a size 14. This was my favorite CrossFit outfit from last year. It looked really good on me. I am just glad it still fits although it is much tighter than it used to be. The pictures are not very good but the back of my legs are covered in cellulite. The cellulite is something else that miraculously disappeared when I was in CrossFit.
