Day 6 Getting in Shape with Pinterest

Well. Let me begin by saying my legs are sore. Boy oh boy. I had a good hard working line up for today originally, but I think it will be best to just stick to my favorite yoga workout today. I feel just doing this one will do me some good in the achy muscle department.
